Booking procedure

After you have booked your tour, you will receive a booking confirmation and invoice as soon as possible.

We would like to get the invoice returned with a signature and a 10% deposit, with a minimum of  € 50,-. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 14 days before the date of the excursion.

For all arrangements a minimum group size of 10 applies. In case of cancelation of the excursion up to two weeks prior to the scheduled excursion, 10% of the package will be charged, with a minimum of € 50,-. Should an excursion be cancelled later than two weeks prior to the visit, the total visit fee will be charged.

We do not organize tours on Sundays.
